Bienvenue chez Corine et Rémy
In the heart of the English countryside,
Hall Farm Cottage, once part of a Cheshire farm, has been converted from a nineteenth century barn to a charming little cottage.
Situated just a few miles from the historic
and cultural city of Chester,
where the beautiful river Dee meanders
and the canal carries its enchanting
and colourful narrow boats,
Romance In Chester is a small universe
in itself, unlike anywhere else.
There, Corine and Rémy, a French couple,
will be delighted to welcome you for an evening of fine and exquisite meals
in their own dining room.
Hailing from France, their native land, Corine and Rémy, happy grandparents (as yet unretired)
will be at your service to make sure that your visit in their little cottage will be an unforgettable experience.
Having run their own Fine Dining Restaurant for 5 years in Bordeaux, France
Corine and Rémy will be glad to share their "Savoir-Faire" just for you.
Corine, former French professor, passionate about literature, photography and 1940-1960's cinema, also knows how to treat you to a wonderful cuisine, fusing and emphasising the natural finesse of certain colours, flavours and textures from her Madre Patria as well as her new adopted land of England that she loves so dearly.
Rémy, former project manager and draftsman in architecture is passionate about his dear, tender wife. He also enjoys good conversation and is a seasoned and experienced walker.
He has become Corine 's favourite assistant and her nearest and dearest confidante and advisor.
