Booking and Payment

Dear Client,
We hope you will understand that due to the very small structure and organisation of our exclusive guest table (we only have one unique table, and we must buy specific and costly meals of the finest quality for each individual booking) we regret to have to apply the following cancellation policy :

 You may have a refund for your cancellation, if the cancellation is made, at least 3 days before the original booked day. In that case a £5 fees for the bank transfer will be kept out of the initial £50 deposit.

 Therefore, in order to make our policy a little less severe, if you have to cancel and not to be refunded, we will send you a £10 voucher to use at any time with (we hope) a future booking.
